Please ensure that you have enabled the “Edit Shipping Address” widget within the Elementor settings. The “Edit Shipping Address” widget is only available for My Account – Edit Shipping Address Templates Builder.

The “Edit Shipping Address” function will show the WooCommerce user Shipping Address Editor fields.

Now you can add widgets using Elementor’s drag-and-drop interface. Look for the “Edit Shipping Address” widget in the list of available widgets. Configure the widget’s settings, appearance, and content according to your preferences.
