Sell gift cards so your customers can purchase them anytime. Allow customers to buy, redeem, and share thoughtful gifts. This module has features like instant email delivery and personalized messages. The real-time balance tracking, easy gift card redemption, expiration reminders, and more attributes make it exceptional to boost your online store.
This module has 4 different tabs – 1. General, 2. Product Page. 3. Table Style. 4. Redeem Form
1. General #
1.1) Enable Partial Pay: Toggle this button to activate the gift card module.
1.2) Publish Gift Card By Order Status: Choose your preferred options. This action will publish the gift card automatically when the order reaches the selected status (e.g., Processing or Completed).
1.3) Pricing Section Title: Insert the pricing section title. This title appears above the pricing options on the product page. Use it to guide customers when selecting a gift amount.
1.4) Card Number Pattern: Select the pattern of new gift cards.
If you set ABCD-EFG-***-**-****** your cards will have a code like: ABCD-EFG-EMQ-NP-1GEOGQ
1.5) Gift Card Validity Message: Customize the validity message. Use the {{validity}} placeholder to display the validity period dynamically. It will appear on the product page below the price selection.
Now, click on the “Save Changes” button to save the updates.
2. Product Page #
Now move to the “Product Page” tab.
2.1) Pricing Title
Title Font Size: Determine the title font size.
Text Color: Choose the text color.
Font Weight: Select font weight.
Title Margin: Fix the margin. Ex. 0, 10px, 5px
2.2) Product Page Pricing Button Style
Background Color: Select background color.
Text Color: Choose the text color.
Border Color: Determine border color.
Hover Background Color: Select hover background color.
Hover Text Color: Choose the hover text color.
Hover Border Color: Determine hover border color.
Height (px): Set the height.
Button Font Size: Fix the button font size.
Border Radius: Fix the border radius. Ex. 10px | 5px 10px | 0 5px 5px 0.
Font Size: Determine the font size.
2.3) Validity Text Style
Text Color: Choose the text color.
Validity Text Font Size: Determine font size.
Margin: Select the margin.
Now, click on the “Save Changes” button to save the updates.
3. Table Styles #
Look into the “Table Style” tab.
3.1) Table Style
Table Heading Font Size (px): Adjust the font size.
Heading Padding: Set the padding.
Cell Padding: Customize the cell padding.
Border Color: Determine border color.
3.2) Table Button Style
Background Color: Select background color.
Text Color: Choose the text color.
Border Color: Determine border color.
Hover Background Color: Select hover background color.
Hover Text Color: Choose the hover text color.
Hover Border Color: Determine hover border color.
Height (px): Set the height.
Width: Adjust the width.
Button Font Size: Determine the font size.
3.3 Next Prev Button Style
Background Color: Select background color.
Text Color: Choose the text color.
Border Color: Determine border color.
Hover Background Color: Select hover background color.

Height (px): Set the height.
Width: Adjust the width.

4. Redeem Form #
Now, go to the “Redeem Form” tab.
Title Font Size (px): Adjust the font size.
Title margin: Set the title margin.
Height (px): Customize the height.
Form Button Width: Adjust the form button width.
Button Font Size (px): Fix the button font size.
Background Color: Select background color.
Text Color: Personalize the text color.
Border Color: Determine border color.
Hover Background Color: Select hover background color.
Hover Text Color: Choose the hover text color.
Hover Border Color: Determine hover border color.
Add Gift Card as Product #
Move to Products → All Products.
1) Click on the “Add New Product” option.
2) Insert the product name
3) Write the description of the gift product card.
4) Choose “Gift Card” from the dropdown of the product data.
5) In the ‘General’ settings, you will see “Gift Card Options”. Now, insert several gift card amounts.
6) Enter validity period in days.
7. Write a short product description.
8. Add reviews of the product.
9. Determine product category.
10. Add product gallery images.
11. Insert product image.
12. Now click on the ‘Publish’ button.
WooCommerce Default Gift cards #
Woocommerce has a default gift card setting. To initiate, move on to Woocommerce > Gift Cards.
1) Click on the “Add New Gift Card”.
2) Add the title of the card, or you can generate a card number.
3) Enable this option to activate the virtual card.
4) Set the expiration date for the gift card.
5) Insert the card amount.
6) Write a note for the card if required. Only the admin can see this note.
Click on the ‘Publish’ button to update the gift card.
Front End View of Gift Card on Shop Page #
Users can easily locate the gift card on the shop page.
Front End View of Gift Card on Product Page #
After clicking the gift card product on the shop page, customers will see
1) Several gift card amounts and the validity date on the product page.
2) Here, they can insert the recipient’s name and email info.
2) Users can input their name as the sender’s name and a special message.

Gift Card Details on My Account #
Users can move to My Account > Gift Cards to see all the card updates.
1) The information of the cards will be visible here. They can click on ‘View’ to see more details.
Gift Card Redeemed on the Cart Page #
Users can redeem the gift card number while purchasing any products on the cart page. They will receive a notification of successful activation of the gift card.
Gift Card Order Details from Admin Dashboard #
Admin can easily manage all the gift card details from the admin dashboard. To start with, move on to Woocommerce > Orders. Click on the particular order you want to edit.
In the ‘Edit Order’ page, you can see the billing details and customize the shipping details. After that, change the order status according to your preference.
