Connect an AI provider to power smart features like AI-driven product search. This feature is in beta — stable and fully usable, with more enhancements on the way. Click the gear (⚙️) icon to open the panel and set it up.
First, open the AI Tools dropdown and select your preferred provider: ChatGPT or Google Gemini. The settings below will change based on your selection.

Option A: ChatGPT #
If you select ChatGPT as your AI tool, you will see the following options:
- AI Tools — Open the dropdown and select ChatGPT as your AI provider.
- GPT Model — Open the dropdown and choose which GPT model you want to use for AI-powered features.
- ChatGPT API Key — Paste your OpenAI API key into this field. To generate one, visit the OpenAI API Keys page and create a new key.
- ChatGPT Maximum Characters in Prompt Input — Enter the maximum number of characters allowed in a single AI prompt. This controls how much text users can send. A lower value keeps responses fast; a higher value allows longer prompts but may affect performance. The default is 200.
- Enable Semantic Search — Turn on this toggle to activate AI-powered product search. Instead of basic keyword matching, it uses AI to understand what the shopper actually means and returns more relevant results.
- Minimum Accuracy (in percentage) — Enter a percentage value to set how closely a product must match a search query before it appears in results. Set this between 40 and 60 for the best balance.

Option B: Google Gemini #
If you select Google Gemini as your AI tool, you will see the following options:
- AI Tools — Open the dropdown and select Google Gemini as your AI provider.
- Gemini API Key — Paste your Google Gemini API key into this field. To generate one, visit Google AI Studio API Keys and create a new key.
