Customize the shipping form fields that customers fill out when their shipping address differs from their billing address. Turn on the Shipping Form Settings toggle, then click the gear (⚙️) icon to open the panel.

At the top of the panel, enable the Customize Shipping Form Fields? toggle to start editing the fields. Once enabled, you can configure the same set of fields as the billing form:
First Name, Last Name, Company, Country, Address 1, Address 2, Town/City, State, Post Code/ZIP, Phone, and Email.
For each field, you have the same controls:
- Show Field — Check this box to display the field on the shipping form. Uncheck it to hide the field from customers.
- Required Field — Check this box to make the field mandatory so customers must fill it in.
- Label — Enter a custom label to replace the default field name. Leave it empty to use the default.
- Placeholder — Enter custom placeholder text that appears inside the field. Leave it empty to use the default.
After making your changes, click the Save Changes button at the bottom right to apply them.
Tip: If you only need basic checkout fields, the default WooCommerce setup works fine without enabling these settings. Use these options when you want to hide unnecessary fields (like Company) or add custom labels to match your brand’s tone.
Activation of the “Checkout Fields Editor” module will automatically disable this form field.
