The Order Received tab contains 7 widgets designed exclusively for the Order Received page — the “Thank You” page customers see right after placing an order. These widgets let you customize the order confirmation experience to show customers exactly what they purchased, where it’s going, and how to access their downloads.
⚠️ Note: All Order Received widgets are ShopBuilder Pro features. Upgrade to Pro to unlock and use them in your store.
Once unlocked, use the toggle switch next to each widget to turn it on or off on the Order Received page.
1. Order Received Text
Display the order confirmation message that thanks customers for their purchase (for example, “Thank you. Your order has been received.”). Sets a positive tone right after checkout.
2. Order Details Summary
Show a quick summary of the order — including the order number, date, total amount, and payment method. Gives customers an at-a-glance overview of what they just bought.
3. Order Details Table
Display a detailed table of all items in the order, with quantities, individual prices, subtotal, shipping, taxes, and the final total. Helps customers review exactly what they purchased.
4. Downloadable Products
Show download links for any digital products in the order. Customers can immediately access their files (PDFs, software, music, ebooks, etc.) right from the confirmation page.
5. Order Billing Address
Display the billing address used for the order so customers can confirm the details are correct.
6. Order Shipping Address
Show the shipping address for the order, letting customers verify where their items will be delivered.
7. Checkout Form Custom Fields Data
Display data from any custom fields you added to the checkout form (such as gift messages, delivery instructions, or extra notes). Useful if you collect additional information during checkout.
Tip: The Order Received page is a great place to build customer trust and reduce post-purchase anxiety. Display Order Received Text, Order Details Summary, and addresses so customers can clearly see their order was successful and what to expect next.
