The My Account tab contains 21 widgets designed exclusively for the customer account area. These widgets let you build a fully personalized account dashboard where customers can manage their profile, view orders, update addresses, handle payment methods, and access downloads — all in one place.
⚠️ Note: All My Account widgets are ShopBuilder Pro features. Upgrade to Pro to unlock and use them in your store.
Once unlocked, use the toggle switch next to each widget to turn it on or off on the My Account page.
1. Order Pay Form
Display the order payment form so customers can pay for pending or unpaid orders directly from their account. Useful for handling manual payments and incomplete checkouts.
2. Account Avatar
Show the customer’s avatar (profile picture) in their account area. Adds a personal touch to the account dashboard and makes it feel more welcoming.
3. Account Navigation
Display the navigation menu that lets customers move between different sections of their account — like Orders, Addresses, Account Details, and Logout.
4. Account Dashboard
Show the main account dashboard with a welcome message and quick links to important sections. The first thing customers see when they log in.
5. Account Orders
Display the customer’s list of past orders with order numbers, dates, statuses, and totals. Lets customers track and review all their purchases.
6. Account Downloads
Show all downloadable products the customer has purchased. Customers can re-download their digital files anytime from this section.
7. Account Billing Address
Display the customer’s saved billing address. Used to pre-fill billing details during checkout for a faster experience.
8. Account Shipping Address
Show the customer’s saved shipping address. Pre-fills shipping details at checkout to speed up the buying process.
9. Account Address Description
Display helpful description text on the addresses section explaining what billing and shipping addresses are used for.
10. Account Edit / Details
Show a form where customers can edit their personal account details — name, email, and password.
11. Account Order Status
Display the current status of an order (such as Processing, Completed, On Hold, or Cancelled) so customers know exactly where their purchase stands.
12. Account Order Download
Show download links inside the order details, letting customers download digital files associated with that specific order.
13. Account Order Note
Display any notes attached to an order — including notes from the customer at checkout and notes from the store admin.
14. Account Order Table
Show a detailed table of items in a specific order, with product names, quantities, prices, and totals.
15. Account Order Again Button
Add an “Order Again” button that lets customers re-order a previous purchase with a single click. Great for repeat customers and recurring orders.
16. Account Order Shipping
Display the shipping details for a specific order, including the shipping address and method used.
17. Account Order Billing
Show the billing details for a specific order, including the billing address and payment information.
18. Edit Billing Address
Display an editable form where customers can update their saved billing address whenever they need to.
19. Edit Shipping Address
Show an editable form where customers can update their saved shipping address — useful when moving or shipping to a new location.
20. Payment Methods
Display the customer’s saved payment methods (such as credit cards) for quick checkout in future orders.
21. Add Payment Method
Add a form where customers can save a new payment method to their account for faster future checkouts.
Tip: A great My Account page makes returning customers feel welcome and in control. Make sure essentials like Account Dashboard, Account Orders, Account Navigation, and address widgets are enabled so customers can manage everything easily in one place.
