The Checkout tab contains 9 widgets designed exclusively for your Checkout page. These widgets let you customize every part of the checkout experience — from billing and shipping forms to payment methods and order review — to make purchasing as smooth as possible for your customers.
Use the toggle switch next to each widget to turn it on or off. Pro widgets are marked with a red PRO ribbon — these become available when you upgrade to ShopBuilder Pro.

1. Billing Form
Display the billing form where customers enter their name, address, email, phone, and other billing details. An essential element required to process any order.
2. Shipping Form
Show the shipping form so customers can enter a different shipping address when their delivery destination differs from their billing address.
3. Order Notes
Display an order notes field where customers can leave special instructions for their order — such as delivery preferences, gift messages, or notes for the store owner.
4. Order Review
Show the order review section that lists all items the customer is purchasing, along with quantities, prices, subtotal, and the final total. Lets customers double-check their order before placing it.
5. Checkout Payment Method
Display the available payment methods (such as credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer) so customers can choose how they want to pay.
6. Coupon Form
Add a coupon code field on the checkout page where customers can apply discounts before placing their order. Great for last-minute promotions and reducing cart abandonment.
7. Login Form
Show a login form for returning customers, letting them sign in to use their saved billing and shipping details for a faster checkout experience.
8. Shipping Method
Display the available shipping methods (such as standard, express, or free shipping) so customers can pick their preferred delivery option.
9. Multi Step Checkout (Pro)
Turn your checkout page into a multi-step form, breaking it into smaller, focused stages (like Account → Shipping → Payment → Review). Reduces overwhelm and often improves checkout completion rates.
Tip: A great checkout page balances clarity and speed. Keep all essential widgets active (Billing Form, Order Review, Payment Method, Shipping Method) and consider enabling Multi Step Checkout if your form feels long — it can improve conversions by reducing form fatigue.
