Cart Widgets

The Cart tab contains 7 widgets designed exclusively for your Cart page. These widgets let you customize how customers review their selected items, apply discounts, and discover additional products before checking out.

Use the toggle switch next to each widget to turn it on or off. Pro widgets are marked with a red PRO ribbon — these become available when you upgrade to ShopBuilder Pro.

1. Cart Table

Display the main cart table that lists all items the customer has added — including product image, name, price, quantity, and subtotal. The most important element of the Cart page, letting customers review and update their order.

2. Cart Totals

Show the cart totals section with subtotal, shipping costs, taxes, and the final total. Also includes the “Proceed to Checkout” button that takes customers to the next step.

3. Coupon Form (Pro)

Add a coupon code input field where customers can apply discounts to their cart. Great for running promotions and rewarding loyal shoppers with special offers.

4. Cross Sell – Default Layout

Display cross-sell products (items that complement what’s already in the cart) using the standard layout. Encourages customers to add more relevant items before checking out.

5. Cross Sell – Custom Layouts

Show cross-sell products using a custom design you create. Lets you fully match the cross-sell section to your store’s unique style.

6. Cross Sell – Slider Layouts

Display cross-sell products in a sliding carousel. A clean, space-saving way to suggest additional products without making the cart page longer.

7. Save For Later Preview (Pro)

Show a preview section of items the customer has saved for later purchase. Helps shoppers keep track of products they’re still considering, increasing the chance of return visits and future sales.

Tip: A well-designed Cart page focuses on conversion — keep Cart Table and Cart Totals as the main elements, and use Cross-Sell widgets to boost average order value without distracting from the checkout flow.
